Another type of legal services exam that legal practitioners can take is the Examination for Practicing Lawyer or the IPL. In this exam, candidates have to show evidence of specialization in a specific area of law. There are no age limits for this exam. Once a candidate passes this exam, he becomes a practicing lawyer in his area.

The Legal Service Examination is another exam that legal practitioners can take. Candidates who want to become an accident lawyer need to pass this exam and if he does not, he can go and take the course for becoming an accident lawyer from an Indian institute. There are no age limits for the legal service exam.

The course work for the legal services course includes lectures and practical sessions. The study materials include textbooks, study guides, notes sheets, and assignments. There will be mock tests and final exams. A final examination is given once the course work is completed. Students who complete the course are awarded a certificate which is valid for two years.
