The CFTC is currently required to issue an annual report showing the results of the process of acquiring an O/G market account in which they have obtained a cash injection into the O/G market account as profit – cash related to the operation of the O/G market accounts and the operations of CFTC’s oil and gas (O/G) trading. 4. It is subject to periodic reporting by officers or other regulators as to whether or not they have acted independently of CFTC’s account-related task or actions.
